Matt is a native Arizonan who moved from Flagstaff to Prescott in 2002. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Northern Arizona University with a degree in Accountancy and minor in Computer Information Systems. Matt worked as a financial analyst for Honeywell in Phoenix and then moved to Flagstaff and worked as a controller for a residential and commercial contractor. More than a decade ago, he opened an accounting firm which is now known as Holdsworth Chadd Fuller CPAs PC. Working with businesses for over twelve years to provide specialized Accounting, Tax, and CFO Services via state of the art technology platforms.
Matt is a member of the AICPA, He also is a member of the Arizona Society of CPAs where he served a two year term as a director. He has also served as President of the ASCPA North-Central chapter.
Outside the Office: Married, with six children (two boys, four girls). Matt is a CrossFit enthusiast, attends Arizona Diamondbacks games anytime he can and frequently enjoys mountain biking on Prescott’s trails.
Jeff grew up in Boise, Idaho and spent nine years serving in the United States Air Force. After earning a B.S. Accountancy degree, Jeff earned his CPA and has been working in the accounting field for more than a decade. Jeff is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and member of the AICPA, the Arizona Society of CPAs and the Idaho Society of CPAs.
Outside the office: Spending time with family, friends and biking.
As a child Monica moved from Southern New Mexico to Camp Verde, Arizona where she graduated a year early in the top ten of her high school class. After several years working in the accounting field, Monica earned her Bachelors of Accountancy degree with honors at the University of Phoenix. Always on the fast track of life, she joined the firm in 2010, obtained her CPA license in 2012, and became Partner in 2015. Working from her home office in Northern Arizona allows her to pursue her career while still making her family a priority. Monica is a member of the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants and the AICPA and is also a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
Outside the office: Spending time with family and being outdoors.
Joey moved from Pennsylvania to Arizona with her family when she was 16 years old. After graduating from Bradshaw Mountain High School, Class of 1988, and attending Yavapai College for one year, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Grand Canyon University in 1992. Joey’s accounting career has afforded her experience in various industries including retail, car rental, construction, hotel, land development, manufacturing, mobile home park, and ranching before finding her way permanently to public accounting in 2002. Joey received her CPA license in 2005 and her CGMA (Chartered Global Management Accountant) license in 2012.
Joey has two grown children, a son and a daughter, and a step-daughter. She and her husband, Sean, enjoy spending time with family, watching sports, and traveling.
Bruce was born and raised in Northern California. He obtained his B.S. in Accounting from San Francisco State University and has been working in public accounting ever since. Because his focus has been taxation, he was drawn to the law to better understand the intricacies and interplay between those disciplines. Bruce earned his Juris Doctor degree in 1993 from Empire College in Santa Rosa. At one time, he was also licensed as a registered investment advisor and a certified fraud examiner.
Outside the office: Bruce is a huge baseball fan. He loves to take in live music, or quietly make his own. He finds enjoying the outdoors invigorating, and loves to BBQ. He and his wife enjoy making Northern Arizona their new home, as have many relatives. Bruce has been active with Rotary International for the past 15 years.
Tyler grew up in Prescott, having graduated from Prescott High School in 2013 and Northern Arizona University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy. Tyler loves spending time with his friends, family, and lovely girlfriend. He also enjoys all things sports, especially baseball! He is a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and spends most of his time in the office, bookkeeping and preparing tax returns. Tyler thoroughly enjoys working at HCF and loves the comradery between the staff and clientele.
A Prescott resident for almost a decade, Maria was born and raised in Russia. Her first bachelor’s degree is in electrical engineering but her career was in international business. After moving to Arizona she decided to change her profession and in 2013 earned a BS in Accountancy from Northern Arizona University, Summa Cum Laude. She has been working as an accountant since then. Maria is a Certified Quickbooks ProAdvisor. She was drawn to Holdsworth Chadd Fuller CPAs PC because it has given her a unique opportunity to be a part of a great group of accounting professionals while working from her home office.
Outside the office: Avid quilter and seamstress. Love travelling, art museums, books, and 70-s rock.
Natalie has lived in New Mexico most of her life, other than the 6 years that she lived in Camp Verde, Arizona. She graduated from Animas High School in Animas, New Mexico and attended NMSU earning her Child Development Associate degree in Early Childhood Education. Her introduction to the accounting profession started as a tax processor in Cottonwood, Arizona. As the owner/director of multiple child care centers she gained even more insight to the accounting world. After selling her child care centers, she decided to expand her accounting career returning to school to obtain her Associates in Accounting from the University of Phoenix and starting a bookkeeping practice of her own. She joined the firm in 2014 and enjoys the flexibility of working from her home office. Natalie and her husband have five grown children and several grandchildren that live in New Mexico and Arizona.
Outside the office: Natalie enjoys spending time with family, volunteering with multiple community organizations, reading, and shopping.
Nancy grew up in the Verde Valley and after graduating from Camp Verde High School she relocated to Phoenix. Nancy and her husband has recently moved back to the Verde Valley to be closer to family. For over 25 years she has enjoyed working in all aspects of the accounting field. Nancy is excited to be a part of the team at Holdsworth Chadd Fuller CPAs.
Outside of work she enjoys spending time with family and friends, camping, fishing and road trips.
Jody is a 4th generation Arizona native with a rich family heritage in the ranching and farming community. Jody moved to the Prescott area in 1999. Her greatest joy in life is raising her three children, a son that is married and another son and daughter who are still in school. Her three grandchildren live close and bring fun and laughter to her life. Although new to the accounting world, Jody has over 20 years in customer service experience and enjoys the interaction with clients and staff.
Outside of the office: Jody loves spending cherished moments with family & friends, attending multitudes of sports events for her children and grandchildren, camping, outdoors/wildlife, Mexican food, ranch rodeos and baking. She enjoys being involved with her church and volunteering in the community.
Deanna has resided in Prescott, Arizona for the last 11 years. She was looking for a great community to raise her boys and found Prescott. Originally from Northern California, she will always be a California girl with roots going back to the early 1800’s. After graduating San Diego State University with a Marketing degree and working in sales for 10 years, Deanna decided to stay home and raise her 3 boys. Getting back into the workforce 8 years ago, Deanna worked in the Prescott area as a substitute teacher and a Health Insurance Specialist when the ACA was adopted. She loves to volunteer in her community and is a professional photographer in her spare time. Deanna met Matt Holdsworth when they were on the Prescott Little League Board together and has always thought his office would be a great place to land when she went back to work full-time.
